Dear Sirs,
I have a Deere 322 garden tractor with two hydraulic functions. I would like to find a 3 pt hitch assembly and dirt bucket to build a raised garden. Are there third part manufacturers for the 3 pt hitch? Where might I find a used hitch? What dirt bucket should I consider?
Thank you for your help.

Wish I could help but I don't know the tractor. If it's designed for a 3ph, the hitches usually are pretty specific to a tractor and an after-market unit seems pretty unlikely. However, I believe I've heard of some generic lifts for smaller tractors but wouldn't know where to look for one. A dealer should be able to help, and a good dealer should know of after-market items that work and not try to lock a customer into expensive factory options without good reason.
Discussions about 3ph scoops should be in the archives and I think some manufactures were mentioned. They work well and aren't expensive compared to a loader but they also don't lift very high.

I also own a 322 and have been looking for both a 3pt hitch as well as a front end loader.
The hitches come up now and then on Ebay. Look to spend $350-500 in NOS condition. I do not *believe* that Deere is making them anymore. Keep in mind these are Cat 0 hitches, so you do have an implement weight limit to consider.
Not sure what you mean by dirt bucket. Is this a loader? Or a bucket you can use w/the 3 point? If it is for the 3 point, there are probably after markets available.
Hope this helps,
Paul ....

I interpreted what Jim mentioned as what is sometimes called a 3ph scoop. They are an inexpensive but a somewhat limited alternative to a loader. They seem to work well within their limitations. ....

Go to www.johnnybucket.com and see if it will help you. I have a 3 point for a 322, and a NEW PTO with gear box to. Only I can't decide if I want to sell them at this time. ....
